CEM - Staffing

The College is fortunate to have a small but excellent group of staff led by Mrs Gerardine Beckett.

 

The staffing structure is as follows:

College office roles and responsibilities

 

Office Manager - 

  Mrs Gerardine Beckett

Supervision and management of staff, responsible for the smooth running of all functions of the College.

 

Training administrators –

  Ms Stella Galea

  Ms Oonah Newbury

Deal with training, RITA, CCT, equivalence, PMETB article 14, CESR, and provide admin support for the TSC

 

Finance and Membership administrator  -

  Mrs Pam Bollen

Maintains the membership database, collects and manage subscriptions, monitors expenditure, liaises with the accountants

 

Publications, research , and conferences administrator –

  Mr Chris Walsh

Administrative support to the Research and Publications Committee, supports the taught educational programme including conferences and CPD days, supports the development of the website and administers CPD for the College

 

Clinical, professional and  International affairs administrator-

  Mr Philip McMillan

Administrative support for the International, Professional standards and Clinical Effectiveness Committees, deals with international enquiries, manages requests for representation on Consultant AACs

 

Examinations department

Senior examinations administrator –

  Ms Viv Bovingdon

Supervision of examinations , direction of staff in exams department, administration of exam overseas

 

Examination administrators –

  Miss Suzanne McGrath

  Miss Kimberley Charters

All exam development and support - covering MCEM and FCEM

 

Office Clerical support workers –


  Mrs Barbara Bastick,

 Miss Mesha Williams

 Mr Tom Gainard

Administrative and clerical support to all office functions
