Registering for the College ENLIGHTENme Hub & the CEM –eLfH platform
(DH E-Learning for Health Care)
1) Both of the main ENLIGHTENme platforms are now LIVE!
2) You MUST register for each of them separately and have separate usernames and passwords. We are sorry if this causes some confusion but we are trying to make it as simple as possible.
To Register with the College’s ENLIGHTENme Hub
- Visit www.enlightenme.org which is the URL for the ENLIGHTENme Hub.
- Register by completing the on-line registration form. This is an automated process and as long as you are a Fellow or Member of the College of Emergency Medicine you should be provided with a user name and password electronically
- If you have not heard back from us regarding your registration within 3-5 working days then please email chris.walsh@collemergencymed.ac.uk
- Enjoy the website and feel free to give us initial feedback (using the relevant on-line form).
To Register with the CEM - eLFH Platform:
- Visit www.e-lfh.org.uk/emergencymedicine to register with the eLFH platform.
- Please select the ‘Register’ option from the navigation menu on the left hand side. You will be able to complete your registration for the platform here.
- This process is NOT automated at present but will be come so very soon. You will receive a username and password within 2-3 working days. If you have problems follow the instructions on line to get support.
- You will then be able to access the range of sessions on the eLfH platform as a trainee or for CPD as a Consultant or FASSGEM doctor.
And finally………
CEM ENLIGHTENme – DNUK relationship
- We also have a series of modules about Emergency Medicine topics available for Foundation doctors and CT1s. Please encourage your juniors to visit www.doctors.net.uk and the CEM site of the Education section.
- If you are responsible for the teaching programme for your junior doctors, please review these sessions and see how you could use the materials as preparation for their induction and regular weekly teaching.
- We will post more on this in the very near future on the ENLIGHTENme Hub.
