Calling all trainees!
Calling all trainees, EMTA is running its elections for posts for 2013 and we need your help. We have a number of vacant posts that require filling including some new roles.
Vacant Posts include:
· Secretary and Treasurer
With the exception of the ACCS representative's nominees must be a ST3+ or equivalent trainee in Emergency Medicine who is a member of the College of Emergency Medicine. Nominees must provide their name, current post, current place of work, email address, and a statement of not more than 300 words outlining their personal objectives by email. All reps would serve for a minimum of 24 months.
Candidates must be nominated by two other ST3+ trainees in Emergency Medicine, who are also members of the College of Emergency Medicine, who must provide their name, current position, current place of work, and email address.
The EMTA Executive meets quarterly. The meetings usually take place at the College of Emergency Medicine Headquarters.
